11th Hour Director John Davies commented: “Last year saw us significantly increase the size of our team and our investment in equipment. Events such as the visit of The UEFA Champions League to Cardiff demonstrated our capacity to provide services on a large scale and for very diverse requirements. It’s essential that we have the expertise, commitment and energy to deal with every demand that come our way. We have an excellent blend of highly-qualified youth and experience at 11th Hour, which is serving us very well. Simon and Rachel have both hit the ground running and adapted quickly to the pressures of our non-stop environment. We’re delighted to have them aboard!”
Baker added: “I felt at home straight away at 11th Hour. The emphasis here is placed firmly on the idea that nothing is impossible and that customer satisfaction is the top priority. I feel that my extensive industry experience is of real value in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and are well supported. It’s a great team and a really fast moving, enjoyable environment in which to work.”
Burbridge concluded: “The range of work that we’re involved in is so wide that no 2 days are ever the same, which certainly keeps things interesting! I’ve been impressed with the incredible depth of knowledge at 11th Hour and I’m enjoying playing my part in maintaining organised and efficient systems.”
