TAIT has promoted Jennifer Kurland to the position of Chief Brand Officer.
In her new role, Kurland will oversee brand strategy across all of TAIT with a global footprint of 20 offices worldwide. In her role, Kurland focuses on the experience of the customers, the internal team, and everyone within the TAIT ecosystem. A founder of productionglue, the award-winning live event agency acquired by TAIT in 2016, Kurland has been carefully crafting experiences for top 100 brands for over 25 years.
Since transitioning to her latest role in 2021, Kurland has focused her attention on enriching the experience of both the client and the team, recognising how the importance of building and sustaining the optimal team directly translates to TAIT’s best-in-class client and customer experience. Additionally, she serves as a member of the executive leadership team, leading enterprise-wide initiatives and works closely with the Culture and People teams on DEI, education and employee appreciation programs.
“We need to do for ourselves what we do for others – innovate and deliver the highest level of service and proactive thinking – to support and create a space that team members can thrive,” said Kurland.
As co-founder of productionglue in 2006, Kurland oversaw award-winning activations for clients including Nike, Glossier, Bloomberg, Time 100, Governors Ball Music Festival, and the Office of the Mayor of New York City, among many others. She began her career as an event producer in New York City. A graduate of the University of Delaware, Kurland serves as the Vice Chair on the board of The Friends of Governors Island and as trustee on the board of The Calhoun School.
