South African based DWR Distribution’s Gareth Chambers and Jannie de Jager joined distributors from around the world to attend MA Distributor Training hosted at MA Lighting in Paderborn, Germany, which took place from 27th February to 3rd March 2017.
“It was both amazing and exceptionally insightful,” said Chambers. “The MA team see the world in a matrix. They are super intelligent.”
The training covered the latest software improvements for dot2, advanced use of the MA Network Switch, advice for Fixture files, Macros and Support on grandMA2 as well as advice on MA 3D and MA VPU usage. “Not all true heroes wear capes, and the MA team proved this,” added De Jager.
The week of networking allowed delegates to hear about different shows and to have a different perception as various case studies that were discussed a visit to the Lightpower factory was certainly a highlight.
“If we may add a big thank you to Michael Strathmann (aka Quincy) from MA Lighting International,” ended Chambers and De Jager. “He took us do to a bit of site seeing, and as always was such a gentleman and scholar. We are very grateful to MA for being a wonderful host and for giving us this opportunity.”
