SLX has invested in universal lighting technology from lighting technology provider, SGM.
In the latest move, SLX have expanded its current £11m lighting, audio, video and rigging stock, with the SGM P6 Blinder Light now available for client shows and events. The products debuted at Sudeley Castle’s The Spectacle of Light show, where SLX was an integral part of the technical team. The after-dark event transformed the castle grounds into a magical wonderland by using contemporary lighting solutions that brought the surrounding woodland to life.
The SGM P6 lights are IP66-rated and withstand all weather conditions. The robust and outdoor lighting delivered outstanding results in the environment due to their 20500-lumen capacity and versatility that washed the audience with any colour in the RGBW lighting spectrum.
The lightweight and maintenance-free SGM P6 lights were easily adapted for the event with different beam angles and magnetic easy-fit holographic filter frames. The functional lighting product can also be used for projection mapping due to their six individually controllable LED segments.
