As part of its ongoing commitment to customer service and support, ADJ Europe announced the launch of a brand new online parts shop. The new website is designed to make it easy for customers to find and order replacement parts for both current and discontinued models across the ADJ, American Audio, Avante Audio and Duratruss ranges.
With thousands of parts available and listed online, the new website is designed to make finding and ordering the right part as simple as possible. It allows customers to search by product name and instantly see all of the parts available for that particular model. Each part is listed with a clear photograph, current availability and pricing information, and multiple parts can be easily added to a single order using an intuitive shopping cart system.
Login to the new Parts Shop website is independent of the main ADJ Europe website, however, existing customers can easily request a Parts Shop login from the B2B section of www.adj.eu. Once logged in, customers can prepare parts orders quickly and easily, adding notes to individual lines on the order, before either requesting a quote or placing the order immediately online.
