Global Critical Logistics (GCL) has acquired two New Zealand forwarders, Auckland-based Time Frame Logistics and Wellington-based Xtreme Forwarding.
Time Frame will have its assets and business fully integrated into GCL’s Rock-it Global and will be newly branded as Rock-it Global New Zealand.
Xtreme Forwarding will continue operating under its current brand alongside Dynamic International, another GCL company serving film and TV customers.
