London-based creative agency Treatment Studio has been awarded Media Content Creator of the Year at the 2024 Parnelli Awards for U2:UV Achtung Baby Live at Sphere. The 22nd annual Parnelli Awards took place at the Anaheim Convention Center on January 26 during NAMM 2024, recognising those who demonstrated outstanding work in their fields.
Founded by Willie Williams and Sam Pattinson, Treatment Studio has created some of the most prolific and innovative shows in music history. From live music tours to theatrical productions and art installations, Treatment Studio’s expertise comprises multimedia content production, stage, lighting and set design. The award-winning studio’s recent work with U2 at Sphere, has raised the bar and redefined the landscape of live entertainment.
U2:UV Achtung Baby Live At Sphere is a first-of-its-kind live music experience which has continued to make headlines around the world since it opened on September 29, 2023, a globally acclaimed show that saw the world’s biggest rock band launch the world’s most cutting-edge venue, Sphere in Las Vegas. Acknowledged as one of the best live acts in the world, U2 have always – since their earliest days, including the industry-defining ZOO TV Tour which broke the mould in 1991 – consistently pushed the boundaries of live performance, with ground-breaking stage shows that embrace the latest in technology and innovation.
Along with their work with U2 over the past 40 years, Treatment Studio’s impressive portfolio of projects also include Elton John’s headline performance at Glastonbury Festival 2023, Adele’s residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, and the Reframe: The Residency Exhibition at The Southbank Centre London.
