Lightware Visual Engineering has announced the appointment of Roger Takacs as Executive Vice President of Sales at Lightware Americas and the promotion of Marc Jones to National Sales Director for the United States.
Takacs has been appointed Executive Vice President of Sales for the Americas. In his new role, Takacs will be responsible for leading Lightware’s sales teams across North, Central, and South America, driving strategy, and fostering relationships with key clients to expand its market presence.

Lightware also announced the promotion of Jones to National Sales Director for the United States. Jones has been an integral part of the team, demonstrating leadership and a keen ability to drive sales performance. Jones joined Lightware in 2023 and has quickly made an impact as Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast US.
