KLVR appoints 22live as exclusive distributor

22live has been appointed exclusive distributor for KLVR in the UK.

Following 22live’s launch in January 2023 the company has had a keen eye out for niche products that it can endorse and get behind. KLVR is a brand new manufacturer based in Scandinavia that launches with its new charger solution the KLVR (Klever) Charger Pro. This 1U rack-mounted charger supports up to 48 AA or AAA batteries, enabling operation of wireless microphones, in-ear monitors, and more. Featuring 1.5V Li-Ion batteries with 30% higher capacity than standard rechargeables and up to 1200 charge cycles, it provides reliable, consistent power for critical applications.

With the intuitive KLVR Control software, users can monitor battery levels, recharge times, and optimise settings, ensuring smooth operation during live events, studio recordings, and corporate productions.

“When we first came across the KLVR Charger Pro we thought it offered an unrivalled feature set. The 1.5V batteries make a big difference when utilised to power RF beltpacks which really makes this a viable alternative to branded proprietary systems, and where AA batteries are also compatible,” 22live’s Commercial Director Alex Penn commented. “As we see an increasing demand in the touring world for more compact systems , and we are striving for greener practises in general, we really felt that this solution ticks boxes for many applications, and so were enthused to get in touch with the team at KLVR to see how we could get involved.”

22live’s services encompass both hire and sales, and the two functions partner well to help promote KLVR in the touring market. 22live has already begun testing of the KLVR Charger Pro on the road in a beta phase feeding back to KLVR HQ to ensure the product is ready for launch. Now as the UK distributor for KLVR, 22live will serve the live sound market directly, whilst at the same time developing a dealer network that can cover other areas and opportunities such as broadcast, systems integration and potentially even new niches such as medical. “The KLVR charger may find its way into new niches due to the fact that it is the first of its kind, and while it has been developed with live sound and touring in mind it could have many more successful applications outside of our sphere,” Penn added.

As the exclusive UK distributor for KLVR, 22live is the first port of call for all things KLVR for the UK market. The company is able to provide product demonstrations and offer advice and support for the product ongoing.
