Bandit Lites has welcomed Arie Zaky, Jacob Edge, Elizabeth Weller, Mark Scherer, Scott Wesson and Chris Noll as full-time team Bandit Lites members.
Arie Zaky will be working as a Cable Assembly Technician and Jacob Edge joined Nashville’s Technical Service Department as a Moving Light Technician.
“Arie and Jacob are real diamonds in the rough,” said Bandit Lites Technical Service Director Jake Tickle. “It is hard to find young quality talent these days and we’ve done just that with Arie and Jacob. They are hardworking, dedicated and have a real intellectual curiosity for our profession. I’m excited to have them on the team.”
Elizabeth Weller is currently out on Rascal Flatts. She’s previously worked on productions including Chris Tomlin, Shinedown, Nashville New Year’s Eve, Forecastle Music Festival, Firefly Music Festival and the Electric Forest Festival.
Mark Scherer is a crew member on the Chris Young production, and his previous tours include Godsmack, O.A.R., Forecastle Music Festival and the Electric Forrest Festival. Chris Noll has joined Sugarland current tour following his successful stints at the Hangout Music Festival, Firefly Music Festival, Electric Forrest Festival, Forecastle Music Festival, Lollapalooza, the NFL Draft, Jethro Tull, Jack & Jack and Stone Sour.
Scott Wesson is a crew member on Jason Aldean’s High Noon Neon Tour and has previously worked on Rascal Flatts, Bonnaroo, Nashville’s July 4th celebration and Nashville New Year’s Eve bash.
“These four techs that Bandit Lites have hired full time to bring diverse skill and personality sets that help us facilitate the numerous variables you face when staffing tours and one-offs,” said Nashville General Manager Mark Steinwachs. “It has been fantastic to watch each of them on their paths and to have their paths all meet at the same point this summer.”
