Setting new standards, this software lets you develop professional sound reinforcement concepts and present the simulation results in a suitable format. Fohhn Designer can be used for all kinds of projects – no matter whether they involve small conference room installations or live concert sound for large arenas.
This web-based, platform-independent application enables the most precise simulations to be created taking acoustic room characteristics into account. Server-side calculations make it highly resource-efficient. Fohhn Designer has been fully developed in house.
Fohhn Designer comes with an easy-to-handle wizard which lets you produce highly informative project reports for your customers in an instant. Generate detailed PDF files with ready-made German or English text templates, automatically inserted screenshots and project variables. Your report will update automatically whenever project data is changed.
You can also customise the reports according to your requirements. Options include detailed views and content-rich evaluations, as well as texts and images. Insert histograms, for example, to offer your customers an even more detailed insight into the system design.

Import existing geometries or create them within the programme.
Create listener planes from existing geometries in any form, or via import function.
Assign acoustic room characteristics.
2. The Fohhn Speaker Setup:
Make use of a speaker database including all active and passive Fohhn loudspeakers.
Include Fohhn Beam Steering Systems with the usual parameters from Fohhn Audio Soft.
Use smart positioning- and alignment tools.

Employ frequency-dependent calculations for direct- and total sound level.
Calculate speech intelligibility (Speech Transmission Index, male and female) in accordance with DIN EN 60268-16.
