Global Truss has acquired Global Truss Corp, based in Taipei, effective January 1, 2025. This strategic acquisition strengthens Global Truss’ position as a leading provider of professional truss systems worldwide and marks a significant step in expanding its global presence and brand strength.
The company’s headquarters will now be located in Karlsbad, Germany. The primary goals of this acquisition are to foster the growth of the Global Truss brand, enhance relationships and support for distributors, and introduce new, innovative products to the market. Additionally, the focus will be on optimizing global service offerings to deliver the highest quality and best support to customers across all continents.
For existing customers of Global Truss Corp outside Europe, nothing will change: Marco Stuve and his team will continue to serve as points of contact, ensuring seamless customer support.
