The Chauvet family of brands: Kino Flo, ChamSys and CHAUVET Professional will be embracing the ‘delivering innovation and connecting communities’ concept at IBC on booth 12.F31.
The booth features a demo area created to showcase the Kino Flo MIMIK image based video lighting tile. Using patented technology to connect “worlds,” MIMIK projects light that mirrors video content while applying a higher tonal and colour rendering range. Controlled by the Megapixel VR HELIOS LED processor, MIMIK expands real-time and post-production options, delivering 10,000 NITS, along with the ability to shoot as high as 900 frames per second and offer as many as 30 Alpha channels at 30 frames per second. Educational sessions will be offered throughout the show to demonstrate to visitors how they can maximise the benefits of Kino Flo’s breakthrough Mimik technology. These will include MIMIK Micro Training, IBL (Image Based Lighting) and Multi-cam through subframe.
Kino Flo will also be showcasing imaginations at the booth with the coming soon Celeb IKON 6 and the special sneak peek Diva LUX family of bright energy efficient soft light products. Both families utilise two sources of spectral quality white light, and a new five-emitter R-G-B-WW-CW LED configuration. Using a “triple pump of white,” with three blue emitters to excite the phosphorus. The booth will also feature the FreeStyle Air, a lightweight accessory that integrates with existing FreeStyle systems.
CHAUVET Professional will be represented at the booth by a collection of products that will open new windows of opportunity in broadcast lighting. These include the Ovation Reve family of outdoor ready LED ellipsoidals that join the worlds of tunable whites with multi color lighting. The company will also be showcasing the Maverick Silens family of completely fanless, silent fixtures and the brand new COLORado Solo Bar family of IP65-rated RGBwWL LED battens that produces a full range of colour and whites.
Visitors looking for control solutions for any broadcast lighting system are invited to check out the ChamSys display at the booth, where they will find a variety of GeNetix products including the GN10, GN5, GN2, GW2’s, and MQ Rack, as well as the new MagicQ MQ500M+ Stadium console, which offers which offers direct control of 400 universes with no external processing, gigabit networking, and the ability to support two touchscreens directly from the back panel.
