Prolight + Sound 2024 is set to be an important event for KV2 Audio and its customers. One of the highlights is the Live Sound Arena situated outside Hall 11 where KV2 holds four demos daily that invariably attract a huge audience.
“We have participated in the Live Sound Arena demo area at Prolight + Sound every year for nearly 20 years (COVID years excepted of course),” noted George Krampera, jr., KV2’s CEO. “In our experience, this demo area is the best demo setup of any trade show anywhere and it has always been hugely successful for us. In fact, it’s the main reason we’ve supported the show for so long despite its reduced size because we still perceive enormous value in the live demos which are well set up and well run, offering extremely realistic outdoor conditions for all participants.”
KV2 will be demonstrating its powerful system, a long-throw system designed for audiences of up to 20,000 people without the need for additional delays. Part of the flagship VHD (Very High Definition) range, VHD2 offers quality, power and coverage and significant savings for rental companies in terms of transportation and storage costs, as well as setup time.
Visitors to Prolight + Sound 2024 can catch KV2 demos in the Live Sound Arena every day at the following times: 11:20, 13:20, 14:50 and 16:40 (except Friday). Back inside Hall 11 on the KV2 stand A07, a range of products will be showcased including the EX28. This is a 2.5-way full-range active loudspeaker system that builds on the success of the EX26 whilst adding further low frequency extension. Two individually designed 8” neodymium mid – bass woofers offer Transcoil for vocal performance and extended bass for the low frequency section, along with a neodymium compression driver mounted on a 100° by 80° horn.
