Offering one centralised cloud system to manage your entire rental business, Current RMS has been designed and built for the sound, lighting and staging sectors.
Since last year’s show, Current pushed out over 20 new feature updates based on industry requests and they’re not showing any signs of slowing down.
“This is our third year exhibiting at PLASA London, and now with over 1,300 businesses using Current RMS to manage their rental businesses, we’ve certainly been busy providing support and building new features that we’ll be demonstrating at this year’s show.” said Michael McGovern, Product Specialist.
Key updates that will be demonstrated include:
Serialised Containers, which allows users to scan multiple assets under one asset number. So whether you have microphone kits hired out with with specific microphones, radio receivers and power supplies or bars of PAR lamps, where lamps are stocked and ready-to-rent on a bar, Serialised Containers will enable these kits to be automatically allocated as one container.
Online Document Approval with E-Signature capture is another feature that will be demonstrated, applying digital signatures across key rental documents including: quotes, rental agreements and delivery notes.
One of their most-highly requested for features, Product and Service Shortages Alerts, allows users to view and resolve shortages as they arise, allowing them to be proactive rather than reactive with their shortfalls.
All updates have been voted for by Current’s growing user base via their Open Customer Wishlist. Current will be returning to PLASA London next month, demonstrating all key features in action on stand J50, stop by for an overview and catch up with the team.
