Outline has announced the appointment of Fernando Rey Mendez to the newly-created position of Newton Product Specialist.
Launched in 2017, and available in 3 hardware versions, Newton is a full-featured, FPGA based ‘Multi Media Nucleus’ which includes comprehensive loudspeaker system control facilities, media conversion, audio distribution with networking capability, freely-assignable analogue, AES, MADI optical, MADI coaxial and Dante inputs and outputs, simultaneous multiple-clock synchronisation and independent dual-redundant power inlets.
Rey Mendez commented on his new position: “Becoming part of the Outline family as their Newton Product Specialist and taking care of this unique project is a great privilege to me. I am happy to make my past work experiences available to Outline, and I am sure that together with its history we will produce excellent results.”
