>Teleprompter.video goes global with UB40

Richard Purvis Photos:

UB40 have taken Apt-GB’s, new to the market, >Teleprompter.video on their 40th Anniversary tour.

This comes after the band tested 4 of >Teleprompter.video’s SM24.v at their secret Hare & Hounds gig on 7 October 2018 and gave them a glowing endorsement.

Here’s what UB40 love:

• The ease of use: The ability to connect box to box is a particular plus. It not only saves on cabling but also reduces trip hazards on stage.

• The fantastic build quality: UB40 love the build – after the Hare & Hounds gig, they said that >Teleprompter.video presents as a proper touring product and suitable for taking on the world tour.

• The Custom branding: The band commented that Custom Branding is a great touch.

Graham Gosden, Founder of Apt-GB says that he developed >Teleprompter.video because he saw a gap in the market for a high spec, touring quality teleprompter. Graham designed >Teleprompter.video to compliment a touring band’s stage set up by making the product indistinguishable from an audio wedge and using Neutrik, industry standard, connections in a product that provides seamless integration with most teleprompting software.

Graham added, “The beauty of >Teleprompter.video is that it enables artists to focus on delivering a top-notch performance, without fear of forgetting a lyric, whilst giving the audience no clue that it’s even on stage.”

Each British made >Teleprompter.video is fitted with 1x HDMI, 1x SDI, 1x SD1 Loop and 2x powerCON True1 connections as standard. Standard Display dimensions range from 24” HD Ready to 40” 4k UHD or custom size and screen if required. >Teleprompter.video ships with an Apt-GB >Teleprompter.video logo cut into the rear as standard. Or, as with those going on tour with UB40, a custom logo can also be added.
