TAF showcases new solutions at ISE 2025

TAF introduces three new products at ISE 2025.

TAF (Truss Aluminium Factory) introduced several new products at the ISE 2025 exhibition that showcased its focus on development of its product lines and new innovations.

TAF’s new Safety Lock System, designed for use on TAF Tower 2, safely and effectively removes all weight of the grid from your chain hoists. The three-part system consists of a Safety Lock Tube (62mm by 6mm stainless steel), Sleeve Block Adapter, and Safety Lock Truss segment that mounts tightly on the sleeve block for safe, worry-free support you can trust.

And speaking of Tower 2, it was standing tall and getting attention in TAF’s stand at ISE. Its versatile design makes it the right choice for lifting large scale structures, such as touring roof systems and big show grids, or providing support for other types of structures, such as frames for LED screens. It can reach heights up to 12 m (39.4 ft) and handles high loading capacities up to 2000 kg (4,409 lbs).

TAF also came to the show with its new TS36R Truss – a compact, yet robust, rectangular truss line (267 x 359 mm, 10.15 x 14.13 in) that boasts high horizontal/vertical loading capacity, rock solid stability, and high durability. Now the smallest rectangular truss line in TAF’s portfolio, it features a Quicklock connection system for trouble-free buildup and comes with a connection kit as standard with all straights and corners. It is also fully compatible with Prolyte truss, allowing for convenient use with your current stock. A powder coat finish in any colour is available on request.

And lastly is TAF’s Tensioning Device, a new innovation that allows users to manually increase tension on PVC strips mounted on TAF’s Keder Roofs. Increased tension eliminates water pooling and provides better resistance to wind forces that can cause strips to flutter. Properly tensioned strips also give your roofs a clean, sleek, and professional look. The Tensioning Device mounts directly on truss segments and is manually tightened by hand with the provided key or using an electric drill.
