ADJ has boosted its existing sales team with the appointment of Luis Fermin as Technical Sales Support.
The new recruit has already spent seven years working for ADJ, in the company’s Customer Service Department, where he has developed an extensive understanding of the ADJ product line. His main focus in this new role will be ADJ’s DMX software and hardware controller lines. He will provide internal technical support to the sales team as well as dealing directly with customers. Fermin will assist with incoming calls, providing advice on the most appropriate solutions to customers’ requirements as well as carrying out technical troubleshooting. He will also help with product training, trade shows, and showroom appointments.
“ADJ is a great company to work for, and I have learned so much over the past seven years,” commented Fermin. “I am very excited to share the knowledge that I have acquired in the ADJ Service department with our Sales team, and I am sure that it will be a great asset to implement in this new role. I’m looking forward to working alongside my new colleagues in the Sales department to improve sales, expand product knowledge, and ultimately help to grow the business.”
“At ADJ we are always looking for ways to improve our company and strengthen our team,” added Alfred Gonzales, ADJ USA Director of Sales. “We are therefore very happy to be able to announce the appointment of Luis Fermin to the new role of Technical Sales Support. All sales team members have a good working knowledge of our portfolio of entertainment lighting, LED video, and atmospheric effects equipment. However, sometimes, in order to fully support customers, a level of advanced technical understanding is required that only comes from literally knowing the fixtures inside and out. Luis will enrich our Sales team with his detailed technical knowledge, built up during his seven years in the Service department, allowing us to offer even better sales support to both new and existing customers.”
Fermin will commence his new role with immediate effect and can be contacted at: luis.fermin@adj.com
