PSCo has been named as the first rental partner to stock Epson’s new EB-PU2200 Series 20K projector in the UK.
Epson has released its latest EB-PU2200 range of lightweight and compact high lumens 3LCD projectors. The new EB-PU2220B projectors are around 60% smaller and 50% lighter than their predecessor, the EB-L20000U. The projectors, which also offer easier installation and set-up and simplified maintenance, are designed to be used in large auditoriums, live events, concerts and conference rooms.
The new series comes in 13,000lm, 16,000lm and 20,000lm models, offering WUXGA resolution with 4K enhancement, HDR and advanced installation features. The new models are also compatible with all existing Epson lenses.
Epson has made the first units of the black chassis 20,000lm model exclusively available to PSCo’s rental partners from May 2022. Rental partners can either rent or buy the units from PSCo.
Stuart Holmes, Director of PSCo commented: “We are delighted to be named as the first UK rental partner to stock Epson’s impressive 20,000 lumens model. This investment in our projection fleet underlines PSCo’s intentions to provide our customers with world leading technologies across our product categories.
Epson’s new 20,000 lumens projector is a game changing product for the market and as one of the world’s leading projector manufacturers, they have listened to what’s important to their customers and delivered a more compact, space-saving, lighter, reliable and versatile high lumens projector which I know our rental partners are very excited to get their hands on.”
Craig Waters, Sales Manager for Video Projectors at Epson UK commented: “Epson are proud to be working with PSCo to bring the cutting-edge in projection to a wide and developing market. The EB-PU2200 Series illustrates how we’re addressing the demands for lighter and more flexible solutions that don’t compromise on the quality people expect from Epson. This new and improved product series, together with PSCo’s long standing expertise, will help us to bring projection further to the forefront of the professional AV industry.”
